What does EvOLvE stand for?

Dress codes for dance class are usually put into place for good reasons

There are four words you will consistently see in our marketing: affordable, high-quality, convenient, and fun.  Each and every one of them creates the ultimate goal for EvOLvE: Value. Here’s why we chose the aforementioned words and what they mean to us.

DANCE TO EvOLvE IN FOUR WORDS:

AFFORDABLE:

In these tough times, we are all looking for ways to spend our money without feeling like we are sacrificing. Dance to EvOLvE’s director, Brittany White, has always been a believer in value.  (She is always searching for value as her shopping sprees at TJ Maxx bear testament to!)

The highest price does not always ensure the highest quality and this is why Brittany created EvOLvE. Because our classes are held in recreation centers, we can offer affordable classes, passing the savings on to you with no extra fees such as registration, recital, or competition fees. Finally, our flexible trial and make-up policies add value to every registration.

HIGH QUALITY:

We ensure value through great classes with great teachers! Being a mobile company, we give our teachers a lot of training as they become the face of EvOLvE. We hope you are seeing your EvOLvE teacher’s passion for dance in every class. This continues through the use of an age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring good class management (there are daily surprises when working with three-year-olds), the use of creative methods to engage your students, and yearly professional development opportunities.  That is just the basics, but we can’t tell all the secrets that create our great teachers!

CONVENIENT:

Who has time to do any extra commuting? No one. Hopefully, our multiple class locations (Chicago, San Diego & Cleveland) will help cut your commute.

FUN:

The last part of the goal is ‘fun’. Parents always tell me how they have tried other classes and either they were too serious or the teacher didn’t engage the students enough.  How do we expect a child to learn or want to come back to class if they aren’t having fun?  With all the pressures in today’s world… fun is key!  Fun enables the dancers to relax, feel comfortable, and use their imagination in class. Before they know it, they are actually learning the fundamentals of dance. Smiles and giggles are always encouraged!

Brittany is going to resist hitting the TJ Maxx clearance rack for a new sweater as this rainy weather hits us… so in the meantime, keep dancing!

COVID-19 Precautions Strictly Enforced For Everyone’s Safety:

* Social distancing class structure and no-touch activities

* Masks for everyone 2+ years

* Smaller class sizes

* Temperature checks before class

* Classes are 5-minutes shorter to allow more transition time between classes to avoid crowding and to ensure cleaning of high touch surfaces.

* Please stay home if not feeling well.  Flexible make-up class policy.

Auto-Renewal & Registration Details Semester Option

10% DISCOUNT Semester Auto-Renewal Registration: (This option is only valid at the beginning of a semester as it is not prorated.) Dancers’ registration continues semester to semester until family requests to switch to monthly enrollment or to cancel. Cancellation notifications must be submitted to the EvOLvE office via email prior to the next semester as the credit card on file will be automatically charged prior to the next semester starting. Kid’s dance class cancellation requests cannot be submitted to teachers. NO REFUNDS after the payment has been processed.

Auto-Renewal & Registration Details Monthly Auto-Renewal Option

Monthly Auto-Renewal Registration: Dancers’ registration continues each month until family requests to switch to semester enrollment or to cancel. Minimum dance class enrollment is one month. Cancellation notifications must be submitted to the EvOLvE office via email prior to the 25th of the next month as the credit card on file will be automatically charged around the 28th of each month. Dance class cancellation requests cannot be submitted to teachers. NO REFUNDS after the payment has been processed. Billed monthly on the 28th of each month. Monthly charge will vary depending if it is a 3, 4 or 5-week month.
