With Auto-Renewal*
Prorated accordingly if it is a 3 or 5-week month. Billed on the 28th of each month.
Any cancellations must be received by the office by the 25th of the month.

For the moment, our classes are scheduled on a month to month basis with auto-renewal.

*** AS OF JANUARY 2021, REGISTRATION IS BEING TAKEN ON OUR WEBSITE WITH AUTO-PAY. THIS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL CV REC RE0PENS AND CLASSES RESUME INSIDE.
Rain Policy: Since classes are currently being held outside, please note the rain policy. One hour before the start of the first class that day, IF class is cancelled, we will send out a text and email to the contact on file. If class is running as normal, there probably will not be a text/email.
Please note, we can’t control the weather and sometimes it surprises us so we can’t always guarantee what will happen. For example, if we plan on having class and the teacher shows up and it begins to rain…We are truly sorry, but things like that are out of our control however.
For classes that are canceled by us due to weather etc: We will schedule a make up class. Or, you may choose to make up the class on another day. Please note that make ups offered by Dance To EvOLvE may be on a different day/location and or time than the class you were attending but will obviously not be held during school time. Also, if we make up a class and you can not attend that class, we do not offer credits towards future session as we have offered a make up. Credits are only offered when we can not provide a make up.
